Warren Gluck is a litigator and insolvency practitioner who serves as lead counsel in complex asset-recovery, judgment-enforcement, fraud, cross-border insolvency, digital-asset, and shipping matters. He previously led Holland & Knight’s Asset Recovery Team and serves as lead U.S. counsel to the joint official liquidators of Three Arrows Capital.

Jacqueline Moody is a commercial litigator focused on financial fraud, asset recovery, judgment enforcement, and cross-border disputes. Her prior experience includes practice in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands, service as an Assistant Attorney General, and work as a Senior Attorney with the Florida Senate.

Chris Keefe brings nearly 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, insolvency-related disputes, and high-stakes matters involving cross-border assets. He focuses on coordinating litigation strategy across jurisdictions and contributes extensive international experience to the firm’s U.S. litigation team. He is preparing for admission to the New York Bar.

Alex Englander focuses on asset recovery, cross-border commercial litigation, insolvency, and complex fraud, including matters involving digital assets and bankruptcy. He is qualified in the United States and the United Kingdom and brings prior experience as a naval and commercial nuclear engineer.

She is a former Chief Financial Officer of Shake Shack, spent nearly 16 years at Goldman Sachs, and serves on the Board and Audit Committee of Valvoline Inc.
