Jacqueline M. Moody is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on complex financial disputes, fraud, asset recovery, judgment enforcement, and cross-border proceedings. She represents clients throughout the litigation process, developing case strategy, managing discovery, and conducting depositions, hearings, and trials.
Ms. Moody brings an international perspective developed through legal practice in the United States, Hong Kong, and the Cayman Islands. Her work has involved disputes, parties, assets, and proceedings across Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and South America.

Prior to returning to private practice, Ms. Moody served as a Senior Attorney to the Florida Senate, where she advised legislative leadership on financial-regulatory matters and contributed to the development of legislation addressing digital assets, payment systems, and related financial issues.
Her work included drafting legislative frameworks, evaluating legal and policy considerations, and advising on the practical implementation of proposed legislation. She also served as a Special Master on claim bills, conducting hearings and preparing legal recommendations concerning claims exceeding the limits of Florida’s sovereign-immunity law.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Moody served as an Assistant Attorney General in Florida, where she managed litigation and supervised attorneys in complex proceedings.
