Warren E. Gluck is a trial lawyer and insolvency practitioner who represents clients in complex commercial disputes, cross-border insolvencies, judgment and award enforcement, asset recovery, and maritime matters.
He serves as lead counsel in high-value proceedings before federal and state courts, arbitral tribunals, and bankruptcy courts. His work frequently involves parallel proceedings, disputed ownership and control of assets, allegations of fraud or fiduciary misconduct, and the coordination of litigation across jurisdictions.
Before founding Gluck & Co. LLP, Warren led Holland & Knight’s Asset Recovery Team. He brings a practical, evidence-driven approach to matters requiring immediate relief, careful procedural judgment, and sustained coordination among clients, officeholders, investigators, and foreign counsel.
