Warren E. Gluck represents clients in commercial litigation, cross-border insolvency, judgment and award enforcement, and asset recovery. He serves as lead counsel before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and arbitral tribunals.
Before founding Gluck & Co. LLP, Warren led Holland & Knight’s Asset Recovery Team. His work includes U.S. counsel to the Three Arrows Capital liquidators and the development of intermediary-bank discovery and court-authorized service by NFT.
